The check-in process was easy, staff were very friendly, and the extra details like warm cookies offered in the lobby in the evening time and the included breakfast made our stay that much more enjoyable. And the location was within short walking distance to all the attractions in downtown Seaside.

The check-in process was pleasant and the front desk attendant was kind, informative and detailed so there was no confusion. The hotel was much bigger than I expected, so the level of explanation she gave was so helpful! The room was cozy, including the fireplace. I didn't expect a whole mini-kitchenette, either, so I wish I would have known there was a stovetop so I could make a couple of meals. The hotel is close to the Seaside Aquarium and the beach. It was relaxing and fun.

Fantastic and a great way to start a beautiful day. Jerry was our Mr. Wonderful. He was there to help you with whatever you needed. Opened the door for you so you wouldn't drop anything and he even gives the warmest hugs. He is a true gentleman and starts your day off with a smile 😊. The food and drinks were perfect. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,bagels pancakes, fruit, hard boiled eggs yogurt,coffee,tea OJ, Apple juice and cranberry juice. Absolutely delicious.

This is not a 5-star hotel, however upon checking in we encountered the friendliest desk clerks. The room was clean, and stocked with coffee, tea and toiletries. The main reason for the high rating I have given is the beach access and the pet friendliness this hotel offers. We had a nice grassy area right in front of the hotel with bags for the pet's waste. The free breakfast was great for low calorie options, Keto and gluten free. I would defiantly stay again.

Altho the Ebb Tide has definitely been around a while, its a great place. All the staff, from front desk (both shifts), and even the gentleman managing the breakfast area, were SO Very pleasant and friendly. 6pm cookies were a bonus! Its older, but very comfortable. We paid for a King Room on 3d floor,, and let the windows stay open all night to listen to the ocean. It was nice to have a fan (helped air out the room a bit initially), and the taffy & large number of K-cups for tea and coffee was nice. It was also great to have a small cooler filled with gallon sized bags of ice on our floor. Very clean, lots of hot water & towels. Soap, shampoo dispenaers, and so forth in the bath as well.

The staff were amazing. If we needed help, they were there. Maintenance brought up cumforters to make the roll away more cushiony. They came and relit our pilot light when it went out. Came up and showed us how to use the DVD player, helped bring up a luggage cart after shopping, we needed pool towels they brought them to us. There was a laundry unit for those who were staying. We had 3 luggage carts, and they brought them to the car for us. The Ocean View was amazing. The inn was clean. The pool was warm. We felt safe and plan on coming back next year. Reservations have been made.

The swimming pool was warm. The hot tub was great. The view was great. Location was great. It's on the promenade not far from the turn-around. Very close walk to many restaurants, shops, activities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and included pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, fruit, cereals, juices, yogurt, and pretty much covers your breakfast needs.

We had a partial view looking out at the ocean and it was fabulous. We were right at the ocean- super convenient. There was a sink with sponge and dish soap, microwave and fridge. Like home away from home, very relaxing. Shower was awesome. Fireplace was cool. There was even breakfast - eggs, sausage, homestyle potatoes, pancakes, milk, cereal, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, bread, bagels. We were going to Pig N Pancake which is usually very crowded, but we never made it since we had it here! Cookies too. Staff very friendly, helpful and fast check in! We would absolutely stay here again.

My wonderful stay started with the warm and welcoming staff and just continued from there. The location is perfect for exploring the area, the hot breakfast was better than expected, bed was firm and perfect, bed had real pillows, and it just felt like home right away. But the small, unexpected extras like the 6pm fresh cookies, the beach towels, salt water taffy, and real, delicious coffee takes this place over the top. I was also happily surprised to find that my "no view king" had a small full kitchen that I'll use next time. Can't wait to return.
